Terms of Service

We provide for our users file hosting for personal use, exclusively
for users already registered on IMVU.com (http://www.imvu.com). The
age range of our users will be over 13 years since thats the age limit
for imvu accounts.

The files uploaded by the user:

shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;

shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark,
trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or
privacy;
shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including
without limitation those governing export control, consumer
protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false
advertising, deceptive practices, or securities transactions);
shall not be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or
unlawfully harassing;
shall not be obscene, contain child pornography;
shall not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in
part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers;
shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs,
cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to
damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or
expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

Any user account that we detect is infringing any of the previous
point(s) will be immediately deleted and banned from our system.

No Spammers/Redirects! We do not permit our system to be used for
purposes of generating or supporting spam of any type, including mail,
message injection, etc.

Accounts used solely for the purpose of redirecting to other websites
will be terminated immediately.

Sites or pages promoting pharmaceuticals or pornography are not
permitted and will be removed automatically.

Sites or pages created only for the purpose of search engine placement
to promote other products on other sites are not permitted and will be
removed automatically.

The use of automated scripts or robots to access accounts or upload
files is stricly prohibited. This includes automated webcam image
uploads.

It is left to each individual user when uploading files, or using
files we host on external websites, to abide by any applicable local,
state, or federal laws, statues, ordinanced and regulations that may
apply. Files reported or found to be in violation will be promptly
removed, without notice from filedrive.imvustylez.net, and the user
may be subject to account termination, without possibility of refund
from filedrive.imvustylez.net for any unused account balances, nor
recourse by the customer.

Free accounts are limited to one per avatar account.

When inserting files on external websites, you must use the URL we
provide for such use.

filedrive.imvustylez.net is not responsable for the lose or
modification of the uploaded data. It's up to you to keep duplicates
and backups of the uploaded data. This isn't a high-security data
storage system.

filedrive.imvustylez.net reserves the admition of users and the
creation of new accounts.

Although we strive for 100% service availability,
filedrive.imvustylez.net offers no warrants or guarantees as to the
performance, availability or speed of its file suitability or fitness
for any particular use.

User passwords and login info are to be protected by the account
owner. We will not be responsible for unauthorized account access in
the event a password is protected by the user. If you suspect a person
has accessed your account without authorization, it is your
responsibility to change your password and contact
filedrive.imvustylez.net immediately.

Users found to be otherwise abusing the system will be subject to
account termination and banning without previous notice.

Accounts generating very excessive traffic may be found to be
violating our abuse policy. Users who will generate that level of hits
may need another kind of file hosting.
